Post graduation from the University of Alabama, I have worked in every level of care from residential programs to outpatient therapy. I utilize evidence-based mental health practices to create a treatment plan unique to your goals. Nobody is more of an expert on your struggles than you. You already know the critical and negative self-talk holding you back. We will work together to master the techniques needed to manage your thoughts and symptoms.
